Our tour was nothing short of Amazing. We booked three days and every day was incredible. Let me start off by saying Tong was fantastic and extremely well organized, I am a fairly demanding customer and had a million questions and request for our tour. Every expectation I had was met and exceeded, I can not say enough about the level of service we received.
  We started off with a tour of Bangkok. Our guide was Jerry and he was absolutely fantastic. He completely customized the tour for us. We went to several different temples and after the 3rd one Jerry saw that we were growing a bit tired and asked us directly 'What is it you would like to do or see?' We told him that for us it was very important to see everyday Bangkok and how the average person lives. He immediately booked a boat for us and took us on an unforgettable tour of the back canals of Bangkok.
The second day we went to the floating market and the fisherman's village. From the previous day Jerry had gotten the impression that we did not want the average tour and he suggested we meet earlier in the morning in order to avoid the tourist. He also again took us around the back streets and canals of the floating market. It was very very interesting. For us the greatest part about what Jerry did were the small things. I had mentioned that I loved cooking and that I am a bit of a Foodie, so every time we went by a local stand or restaurant that had something unique or incredible he would tell me I should try something from this place. He even snuck off a few times and purchased things for me while I was doing something else. I can not say enough about how great he was and how special he made our tour.
The final day we went to the Tiger Temple and the Elephant tour. Our tour guide this time was Lilly, though we did enjoy her. The bar had been set very high by Jerry. The Tiger Temple and Elephant tour were both once in a lifetime experiences that I will never forget. Lilly did a fantastic job of getting an unbelievable amount of great photos for us and she was also extremely informative.
In closing I have been all over the world and I have been on a million tours similar to this one and I have to say that this was hands down the best experience I have ever had on a tour, from start to finish.

In march, I spent a vacation with my 7 year old daughter in Thailand. On the last day, I had booked a tour with Tong. Our guide was Pai, an experienced woman full of anekdotes and good humor. She really made our day! We took seven means of transport - from klong boats to the sky train - and came to see a lot. She saved us lots of money discussing prices with tuk tuk drivers and finding great eateries. Pai speaks English and German and is really recommandable. She was punctual, good.humored and willing to make us see as much as possible. We saw the Golden Mountain, China town, the flower market, the river and its side klongs and finished in a really nice restaurant. My daughter really felt well and played cards with Pai to the pleasure of both. Unfortunately, my daughter forgot her camera in the 83rd floor of Baiyoke tower. Tong was so nice as to fetch it and to send it back on her very own expenses! Highly recommandable! I would do it again any time!
